The problem with this is most people think you add the smoothie to your NORMAL DAY. So just adding calories instead of subtracting them. Like eating a salad a day and neglecting to mention they also ate a whole large pizza and had 2x toast with 2tbsp butter each and 2 eggs and a coffee with 3tbsp sugar and 6tbsp cream, not like they measure, and several snacks throughout the day like a whole sleeve of crackers and a "healthy" fruit salad, not to mention the sodas and how much dressing was on the salad.
