I wanna stuff my face with something that won't make me fat while at the same time it will make me feel full and good for as long as possible. noodles kinda get the job done, but they are pure carbs. would fruit work? I see some anon above me ate apples, but they have a fuckton of air inside that will be burped out. and bananas kinda disturb my guts. and the food doesn't have to be necessarily sweet.
