I think Scout should have a noose as a secondary weapon. The noose delivers an insta-kill if you throw it at an enemy who then falls downward at sufficient velocity. However, if the enemy moves too far away or breaks line-of-sight, the noose will be lost. The main purpose of this weapon would be pairing with the Force-a-Nature or just camping areas where there is a natural drop.
