My thoughts are literally like videos with subtitles.
So I think in both words and pictures.
I have both inner monologue and I vizualize images in my head.

Not simply static images, but moving images, full videos, with audio, but in 3d where I can rotate the camera scene like a videogame.

I enjoy reading novels since I can imagine the whole scenes like a video with subtitles.
When I see a picture without texts I can easily mentally extract the "StableDiffusion/Danbooru" prompt tags.

When I see a picture of 2 people talking without text: I can imagine the dialog from the context.
And from dialogues I can visualize the speaker thru imagination / remote viewing.
Which include users of a certain "Mongolian basket weaving forum" aka 4chan.

Human evolution & IQ debate aside (kek):
I unironically consider people who can't do the same as me as disabled.
Like nearly deaf people who don't hear well, or nearly blind people who glasses to see better.
