this is the only thing that really gets on my nerves with my regular playgroup. I have timed it, it is not uncommon for me to wait absurd amounts of time between turns, but as soon as I take more than 60 seconds, people start shitting their pants. I have used a stopwatch in the past; one time a game took over three hours, it had been my turn for less than five minutes collectively during that time, and one of the other players still gave me shit at one point about taking too long. at this point I push back really hard about doing any game larger than four people.
