Here's the thing. When the ending came out I was certainly disappointed. It was rushed, and didn't tie up nearly as much as it should. The slog leading up to it was also frustrating, the dancestors representing the absolute nadir of that to me. That or Vriskagram. Even still, there were some things to enjoy. Basically anything with Caliborn, [S] Collide, and when the main cast interacted they were still for the most part well-written. Despite not sticking the landing I don't think anything will take away my enjoyment of the series.
Everything that comes after that is basically just upjumped fanfic, so I don't let it affect how I view the original work. Sometimes I check in on the trainwreck from time to time but Homestuck is still Homestuck. You can basically just shout down any of the godfeels/pesterquest/FRAF types pretty easily if you encounter them in the wild, they have no power over your reading of the series.
