I mean generally speaking the pretty guys (K-Pop, Visual Kei, Anime) are still somewhat assertive and powerful in their own niche. They are not feminine men aside from their appearance and even there they often blend it with masculinity.

I say this as a woman (female) who isn't into bearded, rough men at all and my one and only boyfriend is a goth guy with long hair, earrings and a soft voice who is good at drawing. On first glance people would maybe call him faggy but he feels far more masculine than the average man.

1. He is sexually dominant and sadistic with 0% bizarre sub or mommy desires
2. He is taller than me
3. He is assertive, confident and successful in what he pursues
4. He is not neurotic (no mood swings, no whining)
