So in hindsight I should probably update this to have Ammo Potency/Count and introduce Lei Heng's Tactical reload mechanic into this?
Building off the previous discussion, how do you make a charge ID good?
I mean in this concept it basically exists as a less suicidal stand in for Rabbits getting permanent Haste buffs based off losing HP in Ruina. Then getting count mostly amounts to a timer before going in Feral Mode.
After that it's just using Count as a replacement for ammo whilst otherwise acting like an Ammo ID aka good from turn one but "becomes shit" without the "becomes bad" part.

I really can't think of a way to make a charge ID that doesn't amount to essentially making an ID that ignores charge as a gimmick.
