They refuse to animate NT and they refuse to let Railgun pass WW3 so they've got the entire series in a holding pattern. They are taking 5-10 year breaks between animating anything so everyone forgets the series exists and they'd rather do ITEM rather than Index NT for some god awful reason. What a mismanaged franchise.
