I quit drinking and smoking when I got cancer. You need a reason to quit, and you have to want it. That's the only way you'll do it. If there aren't consequences there's never a reason to quit. I wanted to live and here I am. Just had a checkup with my oncologist and my scans are clear 3 years out. It can get better, but you have to want it. Good Luck
