Talk no Jutsu. He's clearly being setup to be another dindunuffin. They make it a point that the billions he killed die painlessly and is considered an act mercy compared to all the other Ravagers. If I were to crackpot his schtick it's probably going to reference the Spiritual Adam conversation between Welt and Acheron where he converts the billions he's killed into whitehole matter to fight against IX. Another rehash of Project STIGMA.
