it's me again -- the absolute retard

1. why does my motherboard have two different CPU power plugs?
2. I need to use both of them, right? (I'm sure that this sounds insane, but I seriously cannot find documentation anywhere)
3. does it matter which plug in my PSU I plug them into? There are three different plugs on it that all say CPU, with no indication of which one (if any) is primary.
