Yeah, I just winged it though, flattened some greenstuff, draped it over the skull and shaped it a bit. After curing I went back and added a few more folds with extra greenstuff to make it a bit more interesting.

Any thoughts on what I should do with the axe? Wondering if I should freehand some ghostly shit on it or if I just keep it simple and do blood. Also the eyes, do I even bother with the glow? The dead dark sockets are kinda growing on me.
