There are many parks that are restrictive, but even more that are unrestricted by age. Even if they are, I’ve gotten exemptions for my 1982 Holiday Rambler, which is in perfectly presentable shape. It’s just to keep the trash out, people with borded up windows and roofs requiring tarps(reseal your shit after EVERY move).

When I started out at 18, I got a 32ft camper for free, put new tires on it, rented a lot for $350/mo with water/sewage/trash/wifi/electric all completely covered by that, in the Texas heat(North DFW). Same park is $850 today, I’m looking at it because I need a cheap way of getting back into Texas physically so that I can get a decent job there. New campers are trash and while some parks have model year age restrictions, you can get a waiver, it’s just to keep out the meth heads.
