That's not at all how that works. That only happens in cases where its either unclear what the intent was or you wrote a different card's similar name.
For example, writing "Shaddoll Construct" when you mean "El Shaddoll Construct" is problematic because Shaddoll Construct IS a card and DOES exist in the same Deck. It may not be your intent but you wrote a card that could be in your decklist instead of the actual card.
"Star Ham" doesn't exist, and the only card that is close to Star Ham in name is "THE Star Ham" so you would be good and only the most anal judges would get their panties in a twist over that, in which case you report them to the tournament organizers and/or Konami
