apparently there's still a lot of stuff at telltale, the e3 build of 400 days apparently leaked a few months ago with some noteworthy differences, like a character called annie that eventually got cut down and changed into a character in shel's story
i also heard there was a beta build of s2e2 but i couldn't find any info on that outside of it apparently existing but was encrypted

s2 got rewritten at least three times
first script was more of a continuation of season 1 focusing on clementine and christa's relationship after omid and the baby die, the two of them would journey to proto wellington and meet up with kenny and his gf, along with some other survivors, they make it to notwellington but kenny dies along the way
the second script was written by one of the ceo's and was apparently total dogshit, apparently there was a scene where a tiger from a zoo would stalk the group in a city, apparently kenny vs luke originated from this script
the third scrip is the fabled super edgy script, or the 'beta' version that was canned mid season, as mentioned this version was far darker than the one we got but there isn't much info on it outside of the old title cards and a little bit from the devs, like the ending where clementine has to decide between dying with aj in the snow or abandoning him for a better chance of surviving herself
something worth noting is that the first episode of s2 is almost entirely unchanged from the original script, only a couple things got cut or moved around, like omid's death would've been revealed later originally and there was a whole fishing segment with alvin that was 100% complete but got axed at the last second
