I weighed over 245lbs in the fall of 2023, im at 220 now. I finally went to the drs for a physical and i was at 222. I know i need to step it up but I think those lbs i put off were from me giving up a can of soda a day. I have high cholesteral and i need to lose more weight, i need to be more consistent with going on long walks on a daily basis. I am lactose intolerant and have decided to stop taking the coping lactase supplements and have given up dairy all together, thought its only been a month ive stopped buying the lactaid pills so i have no choice but to not eat anything with dairy
