Not just Europe. Other muzzies other than Turks also dislike them. Turks are the only ones to like them because Albanians were their dirty work handlers in the Balkans in Ottoman times. Historically they are associated to oppression.
As for modern day, they are the most crime ridden immigrant population. They also don't have anything positive attached to them. Even negroes have fans thanks to sportball and monkeybeats.
