brother that character got powercreeped like years ago, but I guess if you want to play her then you should get citlali from the current banner, she's the best support for pyro dps characters, and I doubt they'll ever do a specific hutao rerun but during lunar new year they do a liyue banner where you can roll for any liyue character you want

I need all the input I can get to beat turtle on dire. I do have Skirk, C2 Furina and Escoffier. I saw a couple of chinese run and they managed to pull it off with Furina, Skirk, Escoffier and Ganyu. All C0. Since I don't have Ganyu I'm open for suggestions. Citlali is taken on Mavuika side against Papilla.
