Anyways, my current assumption is that the rare_cats TL was used as a base for BS1 and then edited by whoever the fuck did the work at Otaku Plan. Given the things I have heard about Otaku Plan, this is probably not a good thing. To be completely fair though, rare_cats' BS1 TL is rough in more than one spot, though I'd have much rather had a completely unaltered game script.
