Wheelchair guy I give a pass because he's the nerdy build-your-own-radio kinda wheelchair kid and the nerd facrion is allowed wheels. I will also give black lady a pass because she's great and when you go explore her inner anxieties you find childlessness to be one of them. Shes not a mary sue and even uses her faults to help educate and guide razputin. And her suitcase has a sassy merit badge on it. One of the better characters in the game, desu.
