this set is like half a percent lower than odo's burst boost in solo but strictly better in multiplayer
the charm is pretty flexible (craftable MM3 or AR3 are good) but i happen to have the exact charm in this screenshot so whatever

for elemental Artians slot Sonorous/Attack, Attack 3, and Ele3/Handi matching your horn's element
for raw (G.Ark) slot Attack 3+1 and either Crit Boost 3 (especially valuable if you use Mizu/Gore swap horn but still good without it) or Bludgeoner for memes
for everything else just Sonorous/Attack and Attack 2+1 to hit AB4/5
