Yes, men suffer more when wars happen. Wars are essentially all caused by women's drive for hypergamy. Resolving these issues with controlled violence is better than widespread war.
That said, I don't think war isn't a valid option. If it comes down to it war presents numerous opportunities to brutalize foids which would be very satisfying. But the primary outcome of war is dead men, and men like you are the ones who would probably die first.
That is because you are just a rotted husk of a man, pathetic and purposeless. You like to wallow in your own misery. You try to spread it to others because making others miserable is the only way you can feel even slightly powerful. You are the product of a fucked up society that treats men as worthless, and so you have internalized that and become truly worthless. You are welcome to rot and die, but I'd rather live in a world where the natural order has been restored and I can live with dignity as a man, even if I have to labor for it.
