The burger was an error, wasn't planning on being out of the apartment today but ended up that way. It's a shame I could have hit a real low number.
The dinner sloppa is my best guess, hard to tell exactly but I tried to weigh or eyeball everything and lean upwards. Half the beans and corn were lost trying to strain them and I found some curry cubes I used to make a sauce.
It ended up pretty tasty but I probably could have used just one or two cubes and saved some calories. I liked the beans and corn though, I think if I do something similar in the future I'll try to find a better mix of that stuff and use less rice. Doesn't feel like rice should have that many calories, I'm definitely eating too many carbs vs protein.
