I don't know about the translation fix mod, but the GMM fixes a lot more bugs than the other bugfix mods do. If you want to pick between two inferior mods though, I would go with the bugfix mod because the game has a lot of bugs that can mess up your game while the English errors are merely a bit distracting. I'll also release a normie-friendly version of the mod with zero cunny but that won't be ready for a while.
