If it's GV, I hope it has the dark tone and depressing characters of the old games, but with less edge and nihilism. Things can actually get better even if other things get worse, people can change for the better, and GV doesn't kill all the sympathetic teenagers forced to fight or lashing out at a world/society that wronged them.
