As with my any other advice, what works for me may not work for other people... That said there was a nice graph of effectivity of various treatments of covid and these both showed improvements while being cheap and easy to get. Another one was Zinc, the vitamin C I buy have Zinc added as well.

In general it's important to have multiple lights for full spectrum, don't go full violet only, that makes everything look dull and ugly.
