More expensive ones usually have wider head so it can do more at once, speeding it all up. Or can pick up even smaller hairs or have some accessories, bigger battery, but basic principle is always the same.
Just if you get one, don't use it on long hairs. Shave first, then wait a few days until it starts to be annoying, like 0.5-1cm hair is perfect. And never do it on soft skin, like balls - there will be blood.
