The heavier ones can mess with your fingers from my experience so be sure to warm up properly and don't set it to a weight that you can't fully close at least 5 times. Also DON'T do negatives with them, you'll probably injure yourself. Finger injuries are a massive bitch to take care of, it took me a month to fully get rid of an overuse injury I acquired from squeezing them too much.
