My OC? She grew up upper class so I figured she'll at least be a blue blood. She's also an overconfident, overworked brat, but passionate. Super bossy and temperamental. Idk if I make her a freak like Vriska/Serkets, Hussie said Vriska being a psychic was unique (despite other cobalts having the same powers.) Maybe that bothers her, it's good way to get under her grey skin. She'll definitely be a mind player though.
