Running Herald of Purity on my necro but.... does it actually work with minions?

A chaser I added from here blocked me because I said "nigger". We have been talking the past few days and I was just telling him my day and I mentioned being harassed by some nigger crackhead and after that he blocked me. Why are chasers such snowflakes?
