Here's the Pisces Rising guys. Their common character may be similar to the Pisces Moon guys (see >>40934672 ), but it's not the same. It seems to be expressed less in eyes and more in the shape of the head (not exhaustive).

All or most of them have prominent smile lines. I traced the undeniable ones; with the other three I think it's just the lighting. Seriously, look at the guys with other rising signs. Their smile lines aren't so pronounced. In theory I could have cherrypicked them but I didn't. Look at any random celebrities with Pisces Rising, they'll also have prominent smile lines.

They also look a bit, and this may sound weird, but like they were made out of fish. The fleshiness of their faces, where they have it, is a fishy fleshiness. Most of them look sort of friendly -- R. D. Laing (Aquarius Moon) gives a cold stare, though his face is far less tense than one would expect with that expression.
