It has more to do with Western Cartoons being prudes in general when it comes to that sort of stuff, even newer Adult western cartoon shows on Netflix and Prime Video are tame as fuck now, same with FOX which basically toned the fuck down out of the Simpsons and Family Guy in later years, even the new Futurama seasons in Hulu won't show bare female asses
