No. Goldbacks are for spending gold, not stacking. I think they are beautiful as have the people I've shown them to, and I would love for Alberta to commission a run for our province.

I just have a few specimens as a collector.

They need a proper non-folding wallet to keep them flat. That is the only downside of Goldbacks. The fact that the different denominations are different physical sizes is in my opinion a good thing. I just wished that I lived in a jurisdiction where I could buy them over the counter instead of mail ordering them with a huge premium.
