Be careful when looking at AoE attacks on the field. It's all on context clues to determine if it was actual intent to get the team hit by them or if the player was just bad, or some reposition skill went awry or what. Context is critical, so keep an eye on the field instead of just your unit.

Oh, one more tip: It might be tempting to kill yourself as a Shadow when in the sun room, but be aware that this doubles your cooldowns for shadow skills as well as light skills. Good players will know to look at how frequent those came out after someone died, and that makes them look very suspicious...Which is also something you can use to your advantage as a shadow. Just deliberately slow your offense after getting a single kill, and you can potentially pit the light against each other.
