Pretty much like one of the newer Fire Emblem games but with an all shota cast. fantasy setting, tactical warfare, and you can pair up the characters to get married. Maybe without the childbirth mechanic though, that would be weird.

I'd also enjoy an SMT kind of game but with the demons as cute shotas. The only reason this isn't my first choice is that Shota X Monsters pretty much gave me that already.
