the good storm decks have a seperate sevo creature to ram into wards like baby carbuncle and kuon, or outright deletes one roadblock like odin

it's because dimension climb still can pull storm followers like enhanced kuon or the 10/10 storm guy from satan with full PP restore.
you effectively get the storm portion of dimension shift anyways as a result
