Some other things I couldn't fit and just remembered:

>K1
Mine's model now takes the place of a random mook trying to get Haruka's pendant for no reason which is a bit confusing when 3 happens since that character in K1 isn't supposed to be Mine but just a random mook.
Enemies knock you to the ground constantly for no reason. Almost everything they can do drops you to the ground and it's really annoying. In 1 the issue instead was that R1 didn't pivot you to the next enemy when one died unless they ran in front of you which was really annoying.
Nishiki has a proper and good fight in K1. In 1 it's a complete joke and I thought I was being trolled by how easy it was.

>K2
Substories generally had more varied locations or background areas you visited in 2. In K2 these are turned into generic office buildings.
K2 added several new substories like the BL recording one or the director complaining people hated not-Yakuza 3 and condensed substories that were multiple substories in the original into one long substory in K2.
K2 removed many NPCs standing around during fights and random reflections in certain fights for no reason. Ryuji 1 is the most blatant example of a downgrade in K2.
K2's final chapter gauntlet is just objectively worse and the entire experience of the finale as a whole is brought down because you have 6's inventory limit and not 2's on top of a black market guy aright at the end selling you stuff. The entire point of it was to attrite you of your healing items and weapons so that when you reached the final boss fight you had basically nothing but the equips and accessories plus maybe one healing item.

Just because you played the Kiwamis does not mean you played the originals and vice-versa. 1 is not K1, 2 is not K2, and Ishin is not Ishin Kiwami. They all have different experiences and content even if a decent chunk of it is the same. They're all worth playing for their experiences because they're all different from each other.
