that's the problem with my job too but it's insanely hard to find advice online. it seems like everyone's "work" is just completely overwork and stress that comes from long hours.
Mine is
>don't really have much tasks
>when I do have tasks it's completely out of scope but it comes from our VP so I can't say no
>this company has NO fucking tools or easily accessible teams to do what we need to do
>constantly needing to BA/PM IF they want to even move forward with this project
>hand in deliverables to my boss only to find out later he did nothing with them
>projects keep getting put on pause, scope creep to fucking astronomical levels, or people just bitch and moan about processes that's been there for fucking years now but NOW it's suddenly a big issue.
Like my day to day, I'll write 3-4 emails but anytime I'm forced into a meeting (and I fucking will, especially when it makes NO sense to bring me in at that moment) it's just constant loop around the carousel and it's ALWAYS with big named stakeholders and they ALWAYS keep asking me questions I don't fucking know and need some time to figure out. FUCK what would you even call this? I'm not working overtime or anything but everything just feels so ridiculous.
