>Undertale Green
It's genuinely interesting how quickly that one crashed and burned. For reference, the game was announced in late February and cancelled in August, meaning it was only in development for less than 6 months.
Despite that, it was one of the most popular UT fangames on Twitter, trailing only behind UTY and surpassing the much older one by Migs. Several major UTY fanartists were also on board to work on it.
Undertale Green may just be an example of a project that had all the right people working for it but with terrible management.
