Grown up as in, mature of mind.
OoT/WW are games that contain child-friendly/family-friendly stories with universal themes and messages about life. TP is a game that doesn't know what it's doing, but it has some edgy battles and Ganondorf looking really "EVIL" and "SINISTER" despite having the depth of a puddle compared to his appearance especially in Wind Waker.
It feels immature in its ability to convey its themes.

Getting the Switch 2 made it an easy decision for me. It's one of 3 games on the Gamecube service, and I'm really enjoying it again. It helps that the story and writing is top-3 along with Ocarina and Majora's Mask, and it absolutely holds up.
