Unfortunately, they seem to be deliberately avoiding Plutia for some reason. The last game that even acknowledged the Hyperdimension/Ultradimension gateway was Sisters vs Sisters, and it was just to close it off. It really felt like it was their way of telling Plutiafags to fuck off. Note that even Uzume is still making appearances despite being less popular, they just seem to be avoiding Plutia specifically (and possibly Peashy as well, but she wasn't very popular). If she doesn't show up in the next mainline, consider her gone for good.

Unless this next mainline performs a miracle turnaround, it and Compile Heart are not surviving past the decade. They got effectively soft-banned from Nintendo consoles, forcing them back onto the decrepit Playstation plantation, sales are continuing to decline across the board, people are getting fed up with the endless spinoffs and ports and completely neutered fanservice. Neptunia's future is very uncertain now, to put it mildly.
