Probably not, some things might get redrawn, but I doubt you'll get anything wild like a complete redo of Cai's hair since the game is more than likely already completed at this point and you'd have to change all those prerendered cutscenes which would be a huge pain in the ass.

3H had some changes iirc, but that was because that was still back during the days when Nintendo would announce games that still had a long ass time till release which meant more was subject to change. Nowadays you don't see a whiff of any game until it's already done or near completion and coming out within 6 months.
