Why don't US do this?

>china builds out its solar and batttery industry to the point of not needing coal, and natural gas.
>china builds out its electric card industry to the point of not needing gasoline
>rest of the world can use its oversupply of coal, natural gas, and oil
Let's all encourage China! Cheap oil, has, and coal here we come!
