I just want a mod that adds the Half-Elf PHB +2/+1/+1 and something to give first level feats. I cannot find a simple one for either that's working on P8, least of all in the in-game manager and that doesn't tweak a bunch of other bullshit.

Why is this so hard? Any suggestions? Am I just fucking missing something because they named it weird?
