I'd like to use mine more, but I find it very frustrating when they aren't the right length. My physio gave me a lightweight band that he cut to length from a roll and tied into a loop. That served me well through my rehab and I've been able to adjust the length by redoing the knot as necessary. Now I want to up the load with a looped band like in the OP.

Too slack
>Wrap it twice around the anchor
Too taught
>Try to tie a knot
Too thick

Any advice? Might just buy some stuff similar to what the physio gave me. A roll is pretty cheap (<€20) and enough for a lifetime.
