You will be proven wrong, but not only this, i'd imagine once the technology is local/shareable we're going to have a itch.io type site maybe even more similar to character.ai where people share their generated games, i'd imagine the most popular ones are just going to be full recreations of old games with just 1000x the amount of content or a massive improvement to gameplay/NPC intelligence.

Think a souls game but with canon world sizes, Fallout 3 but you can walk to fucking Florida, Rimworld but realistic graphics and 10 billion context character interactions, I mean if you can think of it you'll be able to do it.

I'm sure some other popular stuff might be stuff that never got proper video game adaptations, think like Made in Abyss RPG with a proper to scale fully explorable canon abyss, or a 1-1 recreation of most Anime/Manga's from beginning to end, choosing to either play it linearly or go off-script and see how it effects the story all with full Anime Graphics/GTA6 Tier/or Even 1-1 real life style graphics, completely up to you.

To scale Middle Earth life sims, or war simulators, or whatever it may be, i'd imagine since a lot of these games will be infringing on copyright, there may even be a steamunlocked or russian pirating forum type website that hosts a lot of these generated games, but i'd imagine AAA studios will probably also be making a lot of these themselves and just charging actual money for it.
