Home ownership is only unaffordable in a tiny handful of shithole blue cities where leftists decided are the only worthwhile places for them to live. Housing in 90% of the country is still perfectly affordable. You can buy a house for $300k in basically any part of the United States outside of shitholes like NYC and LA. The jobs are also fine, so there is no issue of affordability. The crisis is just with every other person in his 20's and 30's wanting to be a yuppie faggot living in a big city, so housing prices naturally reflect that excess demand and limited supply.
