because there is currently no raid to do there was no reasons to invite randoms, we'll evolve organically depending on what is needed in the future. also

Those things can change later as well, for a molten core release, we all need gear equally, and not one want to ninjaloot and get booted out, all those rules are not arbitrary decisions but starting point from which things will, once again, evolve organically
