Less problems with bubbles in that they won't appear in your material (pewter), but they can still be a thorn in your side when making the molds. I have a pressure pot for that, but have yet to use it. My last Johnny mold (>>96900322) came out pretty well without it.

No. Also, lacking something better, if you're using paints that come out of a pot like Citadel, they make great glacketts, as the metal will not react with the paint.
